How LoadBounce™ collects SMS consent from users and delivers one-time passcode authentication messages.
This page documents the complete SMS opt-in Call to Action (CTA) used by LoadBounce™ (loadbounce.ai). It shows the exact consent UI displayed to users at account creation, including the checkbox language, required disclosures, and post-consent OTP flow. The platform is in pre-launch mode; this page provides public access to the consent experience for verification purposes.
LoadBounce™ collects SMS consent at the time of account creation at loadbounce.ai. Users provide their mobile phone number and check an explicit opt-in checkbox before submitting their registration. SMS messages are sent exclusively for authentication (one-time passcodes) and security alerts. No marketing SMS is ever sent.
User visits the LoadBounce homepage and selects "Create Account" or "Sign Up." During launch period, users join via the waitlist form at loadbounce.ai.
User enters: name, email address, company name, job role, USDOT number (for carrier accounts), and mobile phone number. All fields are required for account creation.
Immediately below the phone number field, a checkbox displays the following consent language. This checkbox must be checked to submit the form. The checkbox is unchecked by default.
Account is created. User is directed to the login screen at loadbounce.ai/login.
On every login, user enters their email address. LoadBounce sends a 6-digit one-time passcode via SMS to the registered phone number. The OTP expires in 10 minutes.
User enters the 6-digit code on the verification screen at loadbounce.ai/login/verify. Successful entry creates an authenticated session.
