LoadBounce™ is a trade name (DBA) of American Directional Driller, Inc., a Colorado C-Corporation located at 1500 N Grant St, Suite R, Denver, CO 80203. We are the data controller for personal information collected through the LoadBounce™ platform at loadbounce.ai.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

4. GPS and Location Data

Location data is the core operational data of the LoadBounce™ platform. We treat it with particular care:

LoadBounce™ is not an ELD. GPS data collected through LoadBounce™ does not satisfy FMCSA Electronic Logging Device mandate requirements for Hours of Service compliance.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Shipper Tracking Links

When you generate a shipper tracking link, the recipient can view live GPS location and load status without creating an account. You are responsible for distributing these links appropriately.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or government request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LoadBounce™, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure with data centers in the United States.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Note that billing records required for tax and legal compliance will be retained for 7 years regardless of account deletion.

Post-Cancellation

Upon cancellation of your subscription, all operational data (GPS tracks, loads, driver records, BOL documents) is retained for 30 days to allow data export and potential reactivation. After 30 days, this data is permanently and irreversibly deleted. We strongly encourage you to export your data before or immediately after cancellation.

9b. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and creating a LoadBounce™ account, you consent to receive SMS text messages from LoadBounce™ (American Directional Driller, Inc.) including:

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by account activity and subscription plan. To opt out of SMS notifications at any time, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. For support, contact help@loadbounce.ai.

We use Twilio as our SMS service provider. Your phone number and message content are transmitted to Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering these messages. We do not use your phone number for marketing or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for commercial fleet operations and is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete the information promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email to your registered address at least 30 days before changes take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update.
