Program Overview

The LoadBounce™ Founding Fleet program is an invitation extended to the first 100 qualifying Owner-Operator subscribers. Founding Fleet members receive a lifetime price lock at the Owner-Operator rate in effect at the time of their initial subscription.

The Founding Fleet program recognizes early adopters who help shape the product during its initial launch phase. Founding Fleet members may be asked (but are never required) to provide feedback, participate in surveys, or serve as reference customers.

Founding Fleet membership applies to the Owner-Operator (O/O Solo) subscription tier only. All terms of that tier — including per-scan document billing — apply to Founding Fleet members unless otherwise specified below.

Price Lock Terms

• The price lock guarantees the monthly rate charged at the time of your initial subscription, for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing
• The price lock applies only to the Owner-Operator subscription tier — it does not apply to Fleet, Site Pro, or Enterprise tiers
• The price lock applies to the specific account that enrolled — it is not transferable to another account, person, or business entity
• The price lock covers the base subscription rate only — per-scan document charges, optional add-ons, additional trucks beyond the plan limit, and future premium features are not covered by the price lock and may be priced separately
• Annual subscribers who lock in at a Founding Fleet rate will retain that rate upon annual renewal

Price Lock Termination

The price lock is permanently void if any of the following occur:

• Your subscription is cancelled and not reactivated within 30 days of cancellation
• Your subscription lapses due to non-payment and is not resolved within 30 days
• You voluntarily downgrade or upgrade to a different subscription tier
• You transfer or attempt to transfer your account to another party
• Your account is terminated by LoadBounce for violation of the Terms of Service

Once voided, the price lock cannot be reinstated. Reactivated accounts will be subject to the then-current LoadBounce™ pricing.

Program Capacity

The Founding Fleet program is limited to the first 100 qualifying Owner-Operator subscribers. LoadBounce™ reserves the right to close enrollment at any time once 100 spots have been filled. Enrollment confirmation will be sent via email to your registered address.

If you signed up and did not receive a Founding Fleet confirmation email, contact help@loadbounce.ai within 7 days of subscription.

No Other Guarantees

The Founding Fleet price lock is the only guarantee made under this program. LoadBounce does not guarantee feature availability, uptime levels, or priority support to Founding Fleet members beyond what is offered to all subscribers under the standard Terms of Service.

LoadBounce™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service, and such changes do not constitute a breach of the price lock commitment.
